100 countries to protect forests

On the second day of COP26, the UN climate conference in Glasgow, more than 100 countries, home to 85% of the world’s forests, signed a plan to strengthen their efforts to conserve forests and other terrestrial ecosystems and accelerate their restoration. Almost all Mediterranean countries will participate in this effort.
